Rangi Re - Devotional Bhajans

Dyeing cloth in natural colors is an ancient art in India. Just as these colors are vibrant and do not wear off, so also is the devotee’s mind, which is steadily absorbed in the divine name! Rangi Re is an album which celebrates the sweetness of the Divine Name in every song and doesn’t fail to color the hearts of its listeners as well.
One of the most lilting tunes is ‘Chalti chakki’ composed by Paltu and set to tune by Gurumaaji. This song is about the entire world getting crushed under the grindstone of dreams and attachments and the way out is to look up to a saint who never swerves from the path of truth. The album has some enchanting poems of Swami Brahmanand, imploring humans to see divinity in all creation and the sweetness of the Divine Name of Lord Rama. ‘Gagan mein magan’ is a song full of joy where Das Paltu shows the path of truth through love, knowledge and devotion.
Gurumaaji weaves all these songs together into a garland for the Beloved with her offerings like ‘Pyare preet lagi tere sang’ and ‘Prano se karte pooja’.
The rose in this garland is the title song “Rangi Re”, full of love, drenched in divine name and completely surrendered to the Divine Will.

Samarpan - Spiritual Hindi Bhajan

A heart that offers a prayer to the divine every moment of the day, needs no special time of the day to bow down at the altar. The path of love and surrender is the most expensive deal of life, where a lover offers everything he has including his own self to the beloved. Samarpan is an album in which Gurumaaji colors the hearts of seekers with this very color of love and surrender!
Every song reflects innocence and freshness of pure love. ‘Prem Se Bhar Ke Dil Ki Jholi’ is a song where a seeker empties her heart full of love at the feet of the Master, seeking his grace. In ‘Kuch Lena Na Dena Magan Rehna’ Kabir asks seekers to be free from all worries of life and be firmly devoted to the Guru. ‘Jo Aisi Kripa’ is a plaintive song, where a seeker prays to the Lord seeking guidance to live life aright. ‘Teri yaad mein jab aasoon’ composed by Gurumaaji reflects the sweet pain of a lover, lost in rememberance of the beloved. ‘Saiyon Nee Main Apne Pritam Ko Manaongi’ is a beautiful song of love, where Swami Ramtirth assumes a female role of a lover and tries to woo the Lord himself! ‘Yeh To Prem Ki Baat Hai Udhav’ is a playful song where the Gopis describe the path of love which is not easy to follow by people who analyze love logically. ‘Jagdish Ish Pyare’ is a wonderful composition of Swami Brahmanand where he welcomes the emperor of the universe to reside in his heart!
A rare collection of poems of great saints, rendered lovingly by Gurumaaji makes Samarpan a surrender in the truest sense of the word!
